My Story
Originally from Hamburg, Germany, I trained in graphic design and worked in the advertising industry before moving to the United States. My career later led me into education, where I spent over a decade helping students learn and grow. Today, I combine both experiences to create practical digital products, educational resources, faith-based printables, and Canva websites that are both beautiful and easy to use.

Digital Kim Designs was created to bridge that gap by combining professional graphic design experience with years of educational expertise.
Whether you're supporting learning, growing a small business, celebrating faith and family, or creating meaningful moments, my goal is to help you create something beautiful, practical, and purposeful—without starting from zero.
Design & Education
Before transitioning into education, I worked as a graphic designer in Germany, creating advertising and marketing materials for businesses and organizations. I later earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences, a Master's degree in Special Education, and a post-master's certificate in Literacy and Reading Science. Today, I combine my background in design and education to create resources, websites, marketing materials, and learning experiences that are both visually engaging and instructionally sound.
Learning Design & eLearning
I also design interactive learning experiences, eLearning modules, and training solutions. My portfolio showcases instructional design projects created for both students and adult learners.
